New ILME Inserts
ILME Crimp Style 100amp inserts provide an economical and efficient way to terminate two 100amp connections. Housed in the two frame MIXO series, this easy to use crimp pin insert can provide a high amperage connection at very reasonable prices. (Better than 1/2 of what some of our competitors list at!) Look for a 200Amp solution in the second quarter of 2008.
If space is an issue, ILME has designed and patented a 3 tier insert that allows for (12) 10amp crimp contacts to fit into our smallest housings (21.21, or CK as we call them) With a mounting footprint of about 1" square, we can now provide a high density solution for tight spaces.
The new 20 pin, 10amp insert also provides a high pin count solution for limited space applications. Utilizing the 2 position MIXO frame, or stacking them side by side in the 4 position or 6 position frames opens up all sorts of possibilities.
